Hi, just want to ask in your experience how much time and effort should a searcher put in building the PPM. Some searchers have mentioned that doing a standard document is just fine and the most important part are the pitches and some others mentioned it is necessary to spent several months in doing a very robust PPM with huge research in sectors etc.
