Search fund/acquisition entrepreneur happy hour in Houston. The event is for anyone searching to acquire a small/medium sized business. No service providers.

58 attendees last month! Register at www.ETACircle.com ;

It’s hosted by a searcher, for searchers. With over 100 searchers, ETA Circle is one of the biggest acquisition entrepreneur groups in the USA not run by a service provider or university.

New type of speaker this month...he is an off-market seller with $5.9m rev and $750k EBITDA. He will talk from the seller’s point of view. He has also acquired over 20 companies himself. He understands the challenges and strategic considerations involved in this pivotal phase of a business owner’s journey.

It will not be a sales pitch for his business; rather, a candid talk from the seller’s viewpoint. That said, confidentiality will be required of all attendees.

Speaker profile: He is a retiring business owner in his 60’s currently selling his 20+ year old $5.9m revenue and $750k EBITDA business.

Come hungry: Free food, wine, beer, sodas and snacks. (Thank you sponsors!)

Background: I’m a full-time searcher looking for a business to acquire but I'm also building a Houston-based acquisition entrepreneur community called ETA Circle. I spoke with all 150+ searchers who have signed up for previous events to hear what everyone wanted in a meetup group, what they are searching for, and how the group can help. From those conversations, I created ETA Circle for us searchers to meet other searchers and share advice, experiences and deals that don't fit our focus industry or deal size.
