Our group is currently looking at several home health care businesses. We don't have much experience acquiring in the home health space but understand that there are several compliance related issues with transfer of ownership. 

I'd like to speak with anyone who has experience with the CHOW process or with advisers who specialize in the space.

Hi Robert, feel free to reach out if you are still looking and/or current operating a home health company. I previously prepared a home health company for sale and then lead the sale process, which culminated in the sale to a large public company.
