Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a CEO - Residential Services Roll-Up at Hillandale Advisors. As the CEO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the residential services portfolio. This includes overseeing finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning functions. While the role is primarily located in the Charlotte Metro area, there is flexibility for some remote work.

The ideal candidate is someone with experience in residential and commercial sales, operations and project management. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and has a passion and drive for delivering exceptional sales results.

Responsibilities

Track record in Residential and Commercial Services (preferred)

Identify and pursue residential and commercial leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals through existing relationships.

Effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing industry-standard advice and solutions.


Collaborate with scheduling and coordinating service crews to meet customer's expectations.

Qualifications

Track record in Residential and Commercial Services (preferred) Finance and Operations Management Business Planning and Strategic Planning Sales and Relationship Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities Experience in the residential services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 salary, annual performance bonus, healthcare benefits, equity incentives.
