Hey Former PE Analysts (and others with great modeling skills)!

I have an LOI on a multi-site healthcare business and could use help modeling the deal. I'm looking to roll-up the P&L on a site by site basis very granularly both historically and for pro forma sensitivity for an LBO. If this sounds easy, it probably is, though I confess to rudimentary spreadsheet skills ...

^redacted‌ please check your email. We are ex-institutional buy side people and have direct experience in all steps of the process. We love spreadsheets! And don't worry, I come from the day where we did all of our models ourselves from scratch. One of my bosses even had paper, physical, green spreadsheets. ;]
