Looking into a woman-majority owned business with heavy muni & government sales volume. If we took it over it would be via asset sale to no-longer-woman owned entity.
Anyone have experience in this type of transaction? How difficult might the contracts transfer be? Any thoughts on long term impact of losing minority status?
