Good customer due diligence firms for small deals?

Hey all - 

Wondering if anyone has had good experience with outsourcing customer calls in DD for SMB deals. In past lives I've used some larger firms but don't want to pay $50K for this exercise. In most cases I'd do the calls but this situation likely calls for a third party relative to some of the cover it provides.

Some of the firms focused on ABL field exams would be a good recourse. Suggest you inquire of Freed Maxick, Durking Group, Asset Based Lending Consultants, Ron Barber & Associates, etc.
