Hey Everyone, I'm new to the search fund world (first time searcher).

Any advice on getting brokers to view you as a serious buyer they should send deal flow to?

We're setting up our site, have proof of funds, and a one-pager on our criteria, but I feel like I'm missing something. I've quickly figured out it's a different world from CRE brokers and they don't view most newbies as serious buyers.

Any advice would be great!

Hey bro, unfortunately most brokers aren't serious. Sorry I said it. Just take yourself serious and act like a professional and you'll be good. Happy to connect more if you'd like.

I have had very few brokers ask for proof of funds, and if they do, I move on to other deals. In my experience, most brokers do not request proof of funds.
