Fundraising for a first partnered search fund in the Czechoslovakia

Hi Searchers, Investors, and Operators,

After two successful acquisitions by former searchers in the region, with my partner, we are launching fundraising for a first partnered Searchfund in the region.

The CEE, in general, is the most concentrated region within the whole EU having serious succession problems - The region has the highest number of SMEs per capita within EU, however, as much as 70% have no succession plan in place.

We are seeking for a target of at least €1.5MM EBITDA and a minimum EV of €8MM.
