I want to invest more in the community.  So I'm offering a $500 service for free. to proactive searchers.

This week I will be doing free pre-LOI deal reviews or reviews of your LOI for the first 5 searchers to respond.  (the reviews will be delivered through a loom video with options for a follow up live with me if desired)

You'll send me your CIM, initial analysis, or LOI and I will read through and provide feedback on the deal, the purchase price, or the offer (LOI).  

If you miss the first 5, still leave your email below.  I may do this same thing next week or even extend the number depending on how the week goes.
