Figured this could be helpful to searchers that are looking primarily into the local SMB universe (I highly recommend cold calling the owners - much more effective than email/Linkedin for more "blue-collar" industries!)

Some more details: the tool automatically performs multiple Google Search scrapes based on your request. For example, if you ask it to search for "Commercial Cleaning Businesses in NYC", it'll run several searches across ZIP codes, resulting in a more comprehensive list (though you'll want to remove duplicates)
