Free document templates - LOI, APA, DD Request + more....

I recently posted some free document templates which may be helpful for business buyers and investors. The templates include a Due Diligence Request, Asset Purchase Agreement, LOI, and a Mutual NDA. What other templates would be helpful for searchers?

Thanks for sharing! Another useful template that comes to mind is an employment agreement (both for interns and full time employees post acquisition)
