I'm looking at a deal for around $10 million with collateralizable assets of about $7-8 million. My previous deals were SBA financed so I'm unsure what kind of lender terms are available for a deal this size, and what kind of cash I would need to bring to the table (and specifically if that amount would be reduced because so much of the purchase is collateralized).

Looking for any lenders that could help with some insight on financing this deal, as well as anyone with experience structuring their financing where a good deal of the purchase price is covered by collateral.

We have an SBIC fund that offers $5-15M cash flow loans for low middle market companies. We do a lot of senior stretch/unitranche type transactions. Happy to discuss further - redacted
