I'm trying to build a model to quickly analyze a deal as well as run a projected cash flows. Does anybody have any recommendations on models out there that can help? I'm not the best with excel or google sheets and figured there might be solid models already out there. Thanks!

Sam Rosati and Will Smith do a great job walking through a self funded search model: https://acquiringminds.co/webinars/how-to-model-a-self-funded-sba-acquisition

I think this might be helpful. You might also be able to find what your looking for on the resources page on NextGen Growth Partners' website: https://nextgengp.com/resources/

I do financial modeling and have pre-built models that can be quickly adjusted to many scenarios. I can provide references. The cost is reasonable and typical turn-around is 1-2 business days. The model can help you determine an appropriate price to achieve your NPV and IRR goals. I've even used it in buyer/seller meetings to help sellers understand the basis for an offer. Hope to hear from you: redacted
