I'm exploring a self-funded deal that could potentially have seller equity rollover, leveraging the new SBA rule changes.  Does anyone have a simple financial model that incorporates seller equity rollover?

Mitchell, In a practical way, seller rollover equity is limited to 19% (less then 20%) since anyone who owns 20% of more will have to PG the new SBA loan, which no seller will do, so you need to keep their rollover equity below 20%.
