Feedback on the corporate travel & event planning industry?

Has anyone looked at the corporate travel management industry? Think of event planning for large business events.

I am looking closely at the industry and a deal in this sector, and want to talk with others who have experience here (can include searched, operated, or invested). Happy to share my notes too, as this seems like a good industry for SMB.
