Exploring Partial/Full sale of equity

Hello,

I'm considering selling a portion of my equity in a recession proof service business I acquired a year ago. Large list of customers and been with company for very long time. Little to no advertising and customer don''t have alternative options.

The business is currently led by a GM and has a full management team to oversee operations. However, there's a need for expertise in modernizing operations, including implementing CRM systems. and diversify with other services to existing customer base.
I'm open to transitioning to a minority ownership position or full buyout and remain involved in a consulting capacity, depending on the business's needs and for as long as necessary.
