Experience in Steel Service Centers?

I'm looking at an opportunity to acquire a steel service center.  Company today provides minimal service but carries relevant inventory for customers within a defined geography and specific industries. I have bought four companies that rely on steel service centers for the majority of our material spend. I have thought about buying one as a vertical integration play and would be happy to talk through from a customer viewpoint if you are interested. I know many of the service centers had record profits last year due to the sharp steel increase so I would be careful with valuation. --@----.com
