I have been researching medical practices for acquisition. I have talked to physicians and have done my homework. However, I wondered if anyone on here has experience buying or selling a medical practice either directly or indirectly. Or if someone has any experience being involved in a deal pertaining to medical practice. Specifically Psychiatry or ophthalmology practice. And how was it to run as a non-medical professional?
