Looking for option/ideas for funding business acquisitions without need for personal guarantees. I realize how difficult this is and not my preference but it’s the hand I’ve been dealt. Have six-figure liquidity, seven-figure net worth, and 800+ credit so hoping that helps but still expect limitations relative to acquisition size.

Large seller financing is obvious but hard to find. Partnering an option and open to it. Smaller acquisitions also obvious but likely buying a job and minimal return unless can roll up multiple businesses. Franchising also an option but not crazy about giving up 8-10% of profits to franchisor.

OK community, bring it!
