Established Daycare for Sale | Owner Retiring | $100k

I don't have all the details yet but I wanted to get this out there to see what interest might be for this sort of business. Here's the story: owner is retiring who owns both the building and the business. A client of mine wants to buy the building but not the business, the building was appraised at $500k and owner is willing to throw in the Daycare business as part of the purchase price. My client would like to find a buyer of the business for $100k and a 5 years lease as he has no desire to run the business much less own it.
Again, buyer wants $100k for the business and a 5 year lease, if interested contact me. Business is located in Dayton, OH. Property buyer may fund business purchase.
