I'm working with the management of a software company in the ESG / Energy Management space to be part of a rollup or execute a rollup themselves. The plan is that current leadership will exit at the appropriate time.

The company provides utility analytic services to ~1,600 commercial buildings. Current ARR is in the $1m range, with breakeven EBITDA currently. G-T-M has been predominantly through commercial HVAC dealers. The typical average customer saves 12.7%, and $36,000 a year, which is double the average reported by the EPA of buildings they track. The analytics are provided are embodied in an online dashboard, based on utility invoices fed into a database.
