Employee Retention Tax Credit

Greetings!

I purchased a business in Q1 2022 that qualifies for the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC). The transaction was a Stock purchase. Is there anyone in this forum that is familiar with or an expert in this subject that I can consult with?
