I have been working on a deal for an electrical contractor. I have decided to pass on the deal not because it's a bad deal, but because my partner on the deal wants to go in another direction (basically rolling up some franchisees) so If any one is interested in the deal, It's cheap and the guy used to do 3 million in sales and is very well know.
