Hope all is well.

Looking to hear from anyone who has experience doing e-comm / online business deals.

Who are some lenders, equity investors, QofE / DD providers you know of or have worked with that are open to and involved in e-comm acquisitions?

Any service providers that are well versed and experienced in e-com M&A and DD.

Would appreciate any recommendations, especially on the financing side of an e-comm deal.
