DUE DILIGENCE TIMELINE/TEMPLATE & DATA ROOM RECOMMENDATIONS

Does anyone have a due diligence timeline spreadsheet/template with step-by-step bullet points to focus on that they are willing to share with me? (it would be great if it was used on a home care business acquisition, but I'm open to a general template too)

2. Any recommendations on cloud based data rooms for an acquisition?

Would greatly appreciate any help!
