Hi there,

I'm not your typical Searcher in that I come from a family of business owners before spending a decade in advertising working on brands like Corona, Porsche, Panera Bread, etc.. I then went back to my roots and started my own manufacturing company 9 years ago, garnering customers like Starbucks, Smithsonian, Radio Flyer, etc.

As my advertising/marketing consulting has deepened, it has turned into M&A as a way to help my partners expand by acquisition. I have a knack for finding off-market deals and negotiating/structuring deals with majority financing provided by the Seller.

Does anybody need pragmatic, useful sourcing as part of their search from a seasoned blue collar entrepreneur?
