Anyone with experience in the print or direct mail industry and willing to discuss certain things to look for when evaluating a company? Specifically focused on medium to large printers with both offset and digital printing capabilities and also the know how to run complicated direct mail programs.
I know there is a massive paper shortage at the moment but also curious about what else I need to be aware of.
