Does anyone have experience owning a MRI mobile service / imagining centers

Hey Search Fund Family,

Do any of you guys or gals have experience with MRI mobile service or Imagining centers?  This type of business usually rents trailers with MRI machines to hospitals that need more capacity or do not have an MRI on sight, this business usually pairs well with imaging centers.   We are in LOI for a company and need to dive into due diligence, market analysis etc.
