Does anyone have experience acquiring aviation related businesses?

I have experience looking for off-market targets through Curators, but I would love to know if anyone has acquired an aviation related business here. Are there any pitfalls? Things to look for? Things to avoid? Just trying to make sure I cover all of my bases before I try to get one under LOI. 

Starting my search in this niche in Michigan, I might expand into marine & RV related niches too.
