I am looking to acquire a 40-unit Multi-Family Housing Unit and just want to know if anyone here has experience in this endeavor. Also, would love to learn more about business acquisition as well. Just want to get pointed in the right direction. I appreciate your help and God bless!

I just exited a company that built and in some cases operated multi family. We built in 'fill in" lots in existing communities vs. operating large complexes.
