Does anybody have experience in the solar panel installation industry?

I am considering expanding my search to solar installation businesses. From reading the IBISWorld report, it seems like the industry has some tailwinds and it may be an interesting candidate for a search. I do not have any experience in this industry and I would like to learn more about its pros and cons.
