I am looking at a multilocation Med Spa deal (mostly laser hair removal + ancillary), anybody ever run a similar business to compare key metrics? Business is based in DFW.
Staff seems pretty tenured and capable. Margin and multiple seems fair. Also looking at the mid term impact of PE roll-ups in the space - any insights welcome.
