Do we have anyone who have a template for consulting for equity? I am seeking to do an acquisition and the owner have agreed to growth of the business with him and we seek to do an earn out or leveraged-buy-out or consulting for equity pending the time we grow the business and sell it off.
I wanted to propose that the owner will take 60% of the business while my partner and myself will take 40% but I think it's best we give him 50% while we share the rest 50%?
What is your opinion? If you have the template for consulting for equity kindly DM. Thank you.
