Dental Lab

Hey, all. I have a dental lab target lined up in North Texas with ~$550K in EBITDA and initial asking price from seller of $1.55M. Revenue number is a guess. Might be a great first acquisition for a roll up and appears to be a pretty attractive multiple at first glance. Could be a dud, but the broker isn't willing to provide any additional info on top of this without "proof of funds" or a clear view of cap table. I'm early in my self-funded search and trying to get a few investors willing to provide a confidence letter for situations like this. Any takers to help get more info on this deal? Happy to provide right of first refusal to invest in this specific deal in return.
