Debt financing for a $3.4M EV acquisition ($1M EBITDA)

I have an asset-light logistics business under LOI and I am looking for debt financing (non-SBA). Email me at --@----.com  if interested in learning more. I'm not looking for loan brokers -- only direct lenders (banks, funds, or family offices). 


Assets: $1.5M AR (no fixed assets to speak of)
Revenue: $13.8M in 2020
EBITDA: $1.07M in 2020
Acquisition price: $3.2M + 15% equity roll-over for sellers
