I am with an Omaha-based fund that invests both debt and equity capital in lower-middle market companies. We are industry generalists and target companies that have at least $2MM in EBITDA (or are on a clear path to $2MM). Our role can vary depending on the deal and capital need - we can be minority or majority equity.
