Deal Structure Help!!

We are looking at a very small company in glass contracting and glazing that provides a great service and product. The owner is currently the technician and we would have to keep him on as the company grows. Would love to hear ideas on how to best structure a deal like this.

My first acquisition was similar: keep the "technician" on as president (or similar), and you "work" for him until you can fill his shoes. In my situation, I became "purchasing agent" until I learned the business. DM for full story if interested.... --@----.com
