Hello Searchers,

we approach business owners with highly personalized letters/e-mails.

Our interns are struggling a bit to personalize the messages to the business owners. We have set up systems that help them, however, have not yet reached the output level yet that we want to get to.

Is anyone using a similar approach and keen to compare?

I have had experience with this and have found that educating a BD team on how to establish a funnel, have a strong cold open, how to qualify, and when is most appropriate to reach out to the prospect are the most effective peices to teach a BD team, regardless of if they've had experience. It's not good enough to send 50 emails a day.
