Deal Origination for British Columbia Opportunities

Hi everyone - I hope you are all staying safe out there.
In the fall our firm (Chinook M&A) acquired a list of 12,000+ British Columbia (Canada) businesses. We are now exploring ways to better utilize this asset.
Over the next 6-8 months, we are planning on speaking to as many of these businesses as possible. We will be inviting them to webinars, advertising our capital raising services, etc.
We have 2 goals for this:
- Identify strong businesses relatively unaffected by COVID and looking to sell.
2. Help out business owners who may be currently struggling, but have strong fundamentals. Concurrent with this, we would be happy to provide performance-fee only origination services.
