If anyone knows someone or is personally interested in a pallet manufacturing and distribution business, feel free to shoot me a message. Roughly $6M in sales. Death in the family so needs to sell both the real estate and business together. Can also consider executing a sale-leaseback of the real estate to help with the purchase. Location is more middle of the country.

There aren't a lot of details as of now. The estimate of net income is anywhere in the range of a few hundred thousand up to $1M (should be able to know soon). I'm not a business broker

Maybe. I am still assembling my team, but I see some things I could do in the pallet space. does the real estate need to be sold to the same buyer?
