Deal Modeling Spreadsheet Needed

Does anyone have a model that would work well for Search Funds? Or at least point me to one available online?

I was planning on using the model from my commercial real estate days but it is not suitable. It's got some really elegant ways to play with GP/LP equity, preferred returns, etc and then spits out COC Return, IRR, etc. I'm hoping to find a model that would be similar but not have all of the real estate features (number of units, vacancy, etc.).

After looking online I couldn't find anything that fits our purposes; any help would be appreciated.

Any other recs on a cash flow forecast model template you've used to model SMB acquisition? Looking for one that provides a good foundation for customization for someone who has excel knowledge. David Barnett has this course on how to build a cash flow model which has sample models in it. Hey Alex and Darin, Thanks for your input. I took a course on commercial real estate modeling and paid for this beautiful spreadsheet that I have and use. It gives me a go or no-go decision and then spits out really impressive data that you can screenshot and put into emails/pdf's... and like I said you can play with the equity share/preferred return, etc really quickly. Something like this has to be available for our purposes as well.

What I've done since posting here on SearchFunder is I put a job on Upwork looking for an existing model from PE freelancers and I got a pretty good response. I'm still communication with everyone and haven't seen anything yet... but things looks promising.
