Deal Flow Engine

I've been training someone on our deal flow engine that works for the US market to find off-market deal flow consistently. We've maxed out on deals we handle from them, so looking to help them fill their capacity.

Right now we get 5-10 responses from owners that are up for having a conversation to sell from them and typically turn those into 2-3 discovery calls to dive deeper on a weekly basis.

This is in addition to our active dealflow which happens via cold call.

Anyone interested in an intro, heads up their monthly fee - it's 4 figures a month to drive a similar level of activity###-###-#### responses a week).

I think they can only handle 1 person for this to be filled.
