DAY 1 PLANNING AND TRANSITION

I'm very interested in talking to people who are willing to share their Day 1 and owner transition experiences .....

I'm starting to think through things like choosing and setting up the new accounting software, outsourcing payroll, benefits transition, HR outsourcing, phone systems, IT support, introducing myself to employees, introducing myself to customers/vendors, how to be most productive during the transition with the sellers who will stay for a period of time, etc.
