Hi all,
We have a process to remind customers of renewals of project work; I would love to automate this. Currently it is a manual process whereby our admin looks at upcoming project renewal deadlines, and sends our customers an email (often multiple times before they wake up and give us the go-forward). It is a low value activity but missing a renewal deadline is very problematic for our customers.
Any softwares out there that can do this automatically based on a spreadsheet and send email reminders periodically that you would recommend? I'm assuming even a CRM can do this and we are looking at Zoho at the moment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
