Good Evening,

I'm sure this is a duplicate question, however I have found it a little challenging to navigate the message boards.

I will be launching my self-funded search this May and am seeking recommendations for an effective CRM software.

Does anyone have strong feelings for or against a certain company, program or approach?

I appreciate the advice!
Mike

Mike - I set up a custom airtable for $20 per month. It took some development, and I was fairly comfortable with it. If you've done any type of database development in the past, I would suggest that route because I was able to customize my CRM in every way. I tested around 5 different CRMs, and realized that none of them offered the level of customization for which I was looking. That said, it does lack some integrations, so I I had to build some additional work-arounds (e.g. an added subscription to integromat for email synchronization). Also, I love airtable, but it's not the only platform out there (e.g. google tables, kintone, smartsheet, quickbase, etc.).

Let me know if you want to chat about it.

We surveyed 42 searchers a year ago. Hubspot and Pipedrive were the top-rated CRMs, and Hubspot, http://Reply.io, and http://Outreach.io were the best marketing automation tools. We did this to help our searchers focus on things like owner calls vs choosing tech."
