CRM Custom Fields - Data Capturing

My business partner and I are in the process of building out our CRM. We have compiled our list of custom fields for lead and opportunity objects.

Could anyone share a screenshot of a (redacted) lead and opportunity record from their CRM? I'd love to see what data other searchers are capturing!

Zoho is good. For my own search, I'm tracking contact info (Emails, Phone, Addresses, Social Media), Websites, Estimated Revenue, Employee Size, and because its an aviation one, I might slide the FAA records in.

I think that covers most people's basics, some people flesh out their CRM to include Due DIligence too.
