CRM Application for Search Fund

Can anyone recommend a good CRM package for a search fund? Features needed are database with customizable fields, ability to post docs (pdf, Word and Excel docs) and a view that integrates with outbound email campaigns. Salesforce and other common CRM packages have way more functionality than needed, and I'm wondering whether there is a simpler and lower cost alternative..

Hubspot is the primary CRM choice among traditional searchers. It's inexpensive and integrates with most of the other tools used.

I really like Close.com but you'd have to integrate with a different tool for emails. Hubspot might be the best option.
