The company serves many Fortune 500 companies and market leaders in their respective niches, across traditional sectors such as aerospace and defense, medical devices and imaging, high-volume office printing equipment, mass mailing equipment, defense, commercial vehicles, and transportation. The company also serves high-growth companies in newer segments including robots for Pharmacy fulfilment automation, high-volume 3D printers, precision firearms, hydrogen fuel cells and high-capacity batteries. The firm offers a full suite of end-to-end services, from design through prototyping, value-added engineering, tooling, stamping, machining, fabrication, welding, assembling, testing & certification, and JIT/just-in-time global logistics sourcing and delivery. These generated $6.47m in revenues in 2023 with estimated $780k EBITDA. As part of the sale the firm could include the real estate, a 150,000 sq ft facility that is highly coveted and includes a warehouse/office and a state-of-the-art production floor. The business has significant growth potential through organic and add-on strategies that could be developed and deployed. Currently running at 50% capacity with one shift, the facility is capable of generating $20m revenue and $3m EBITDA at 100% capacity in two shifts.
