Anyone knows a commercial real estate inspectors? The property we are looking at as part of the transaction includes a 4 acre lot with approx 7K sq ft strucutre that houses the business. We have the appraisal report from the bank but wanted to an independent inspection done to make sure we are not inheriting any structural issues. The property is in North Western New Jersey. Any recommendations? Also idea on the cost of such inspection?
